Beekeeper / Hand full of promises

The series of photographs was taken during my collaboration with non profit organisation Casa Umanista. We visited an immigration centrum in northern Italy, where African immigrants take care of a bees. Their traumatic stories and existential uncertainty of the future connect them to a similarly endangered bee community.
