All-seeing eye, 2018, acrylic on canvas and digital print on the board, 230 x 230 cm (4 pc, 100x100 cm)

The work deals with the idea of a utopian, ideal city, linking the past with the future, spiritual utopia with futuristic dystopia. While spiritual utopia refers to heavenly Jerusalem and the Garden of Eden, futuristic dystopia is full of fears of possible evolution under the threat of ecological disaster and world dictatorship, following the example of Orwell's 1984 novel.

The choice of connecting two basic geometric shapes of circle and square is related to the search for the perfection, as well as the designing of utopian cities that were situated in the symmetrical urban plans.

The eye in the centre of the composition refers in the same time God Eye and eye of the camera.
